GENERAL
By commissioning me, you agree to these Terms of Service. I reserve the right to decline any request that doesn't match my style, comfort level, or schedule. Please provide clear visual references — quality of references directly affects the result.
PAYMENTS
Payments through VGen/hipolink/boosty/card for ru
REVISIONS
・Sketch stage: up to 2 rounds of structural changes (pose, composition) are included.
・After sketch approval: only minor revisions (small details, color tweaks) — 2 rounds included.
・Major changes after sketch approval are charged additionally, starting at 20% of the commission price.
・Mistakes on my part (missed details from references) are always fixed for free.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
・Estimated delivery is stated in the proposal for each commission (usually 2–4 weeks depending on queue).
・I will keep you updated at key stages (sketch, lineart/coloring, final).
・If I anticipate a delay, I will inform you as soon as possible.
・Final delivery: high-resolution PNG (300 dpi)
USE
・Personal use only by default: display, printing for yourself, use as avatars/banners with credit.
・Please credit @amagumoart when reposting. Do not remove my watermark or signature.
・Commercial use (merch, products for sale, monetized content) requires a commercial license — available as an add-on (price ×2).
・My artwork may not be used for AI training, NFTs, or crypto-related projects.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
・I retain full copyright of the artwork. You receive usage rights according to the chosen license.
・I reserve the right to post the finished commission in my portfolio and social media. If you'd like the piece to stay private (or posted after a delay), let me know before we start.
REFUNDS
・Before work starts: full refund.
・Sketch stage: 70% refund.
・After sketch approval / during rendering: 30% refund.
・Completed work: no refund.
・If I cannot complete the commission on my side, you receive a full or proportional refund for unfinished work.
COMMUNICATION
・I usually reply within 24–48 hours.
・If I don't hear back from you for 14+ days at an approval stage, the deadline is paused until you respond.

✦ How do I order?
Send a request through my VGen page — choose a service, fill in the form, and attach references. Or dm me and I'll review it and send you a proposal with the exact price and timeline. Payment confirms your slot.
✦ What do you need from me?
Visual references are required: character reference sheets or clear images. Text-only descriptions are not accepted — but if you'd like a character designed from scratch, that's possible for an additional fee. Also tell me about your character's personality — it helps me capture them, not just draw them ♡
✦ How long will it take?
Usually 2–4 weeks depending on my queue and the complexity of your piece. You'll see the guaranteed delivery date in your proposal before paying. Need it faster? Rush option is +50%, subject to availability.
✦ Will I see the progress?
Yes! You'll approve the sketch before I move to rendering, and I'll update you at key stages (sketch → lineart/colors → final).
✦ What about revisions?
Free structural changes (pose, composition) at the sketch stage — up to 2 rounds. After sketch approval, 2 rounds of minor tweaks (small details, colors) are included. Major changes after approval are paid extra, starting at 20%. My own mistakes are always fixed for free.
✦ What will I receive?
A high-resolution PNG (300 dpi), with a personal use license: posting online (with credit), printing for yourself, avatars & banners.
✦ Can I use the art commercially?
Yes — with a commercial license (price ×2), available as an add-on when ordering. This covers monetized content, merch, and similar uses. Not sure which license you need? Just ask!
✦ Can I get a refund?
Before work starts — full refund. At sketch stage — 70%. After sketch approval — 30%. Completed work is non-refundable. If I can't finish the commission on my side, you get a full or proportional refund.
✦ Will you post my commission?
I'd love to share it in my portfolio and socials — but if you'd like it to stay private (or posted after a delay), just choose that option in the request form.
✦ What won't you draw?
Realistic portraits, gore, hard NSFW, and furry. When in doubt — DM me before ordering, I don't bite ♡
