By placing an order, you automatically agree to these terms.All artworks created by me are strictly prohibited from being used for AI training, machine learning, NFTs, or any related technologies.The artwork may be published in my social media, portfolio, website, or exhibitions only with the client’s permission.The client receives rights for personal and commercial use of the artwork, including posting online, printing, making merchandise, etc.However, claiming authorship or redistributing the artwork as your own is strictly prohibited.Offensive, non-constructive, or provocative behavior may result in refusal of future commissions.COMMISSION REQUIREMENTSCharacter references are required for all commissions (reference sheet or images).Text-only descriptions without visual references are not accepted.
If a new character design needs to be created from scratch, an additional fee will apply.Please include all important details of your request in advance.COMMISSION PROCESS
Payment is 100% upfront (card / Boosty / PayPal).
Work begins only after payment is received.The turnaround time is up to 4 weeks unless discussed otherwise.Complex designs, high detail level, dynamic poses, or additional elements may increase the price — this will always be discussed before payment.A slot is considered reserved only after confirmation and payment.
If confirmation is not received within 5 calendar days, the request will be cancelled.REVISIONS
Revisions are free during the sketch stage.After the sketch is approved, any further changes will require additional payment
(starting from 6$ depending on complexity and current stage).Major changes after the final stage has started may require full repainting and price recalculation.FINAL PRODUCT
I work in my own artistic style, which is not subject to change.The client is responsible for saving the delivered files.
I store commission files for up to 3 months after completion, but cannot guarantee their preservation beyond that period.
